If you lost
an item at the airport and know where you may have lost it, please contact
one of the agencies below as each agency manages its own Lost and Found.
If you are not sure where you lost your item, please contact the Airport’s
Lost and Found at (408) 277-5419.
Security
Checkpoint within 24 hours of loss. All found items are given to Airport
Lost and Found after one business day with the exception of cash,
wallets and purses. These items are held at the TSA office.

Lost and Found Information
The Airport Lost and Found Office is located at street level in the North Concourse of Terminal B (south of the International Arrivals Facility). Individuals retrieving items from the Lost and Found should park in the Terminal A Parking Garage and bring their parking ticket to Lost and Found for validation. From the first floor of the parking garage, proceed south to the Ground Transportation area and cross the street to the International Arrivals Facility. Then proceed south to the Lost and Found Office. Curbside signage is available to assist you in locating the office.
To contact Airport staff in Lost and Found, please use any white courtesy phone and dial 51#. Airport staff will provide you with directions in order to reach the Lost and Found Office.

During non-business
hours, please submit a Lost
Item Form or leave a message on the Airport Lost and Found voicemail
with your full name, phone number, a detailed description of the lost
item, the date and approximate time when the item was lost if known and
the location where the item may have been lost. Airport Staff will respond
to your inquiry within one business day.

Note:
Lost items turned into the Lost and Found Office are retained for 30 days
before being disposed. Proof of ownership will be required to claim an
item. If you are unable to pick up your item during normal business hours,
arrangements can be made for pick up during non-business hours, or the
item can be shipped to you via UPS or FedEx. Shipping is at the owner’s
expense and can be coordinated with the Airport Lost and Found Office.
