The Airport Lost and Found Office is located in the baggage claim area in Terminal A, near carousel #4.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – Noon & 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

If you have lost an item, please be prepared to provide:
- A detailed description of the item;
- The date when the item was lost;
- The specific location where the item was lost.
During non-staffed periods, the lost and found phone line will take recorded messages. Please leave the above listed information along with your name and contact number for a return call on the next business day.
Positive proof of ownership will be required to claim an item.
If you have lost an item on an aircraft at our Airport, please contact the airline directly.
Please note: items recovered are retained for 30 days before being disposed.
Security checkpoints are a common location where passengers forget their belongings. For assistance with items left at a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security checkpoint, please contact TSA Lost and Found at (408) 961-0359.
